Running Program

Set a goal. Run to it. From 5k to marathon, pick the event you want – and run with a plan that adapts to your training on the way.

Choose one of four running events, 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon, and get a personalized, adaptive training plan that fits you and your goals.

Your personal running program is based on your training history and your current fitness level – with programs ranging from 9 weeks up to 20 months in length, depending on your event and choices.

Each running program consists of three phases and includes five different types of runs, including interval training and long runs. Don’t sweat it, though. Your Polar device will guide you through each workout and give feedback for each session.

Whenever you receive a notification on your phone, your watch will vibrate and a red dot will appear at the bottom of the display. When receiving a call your watch will vibrate and show the caller - allowing you to answer or decline the call with your watch.

    Signature on Delivery

    To ensure safe delivery of your order, you will be required to sign for your parcel. We suggest providing a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your parcel during business hours such as a business address if you are not going to be home. 

    If the value of your parcel is less than $400 you may nominate for the parcel to be left in a safe location at your address, however, delivery will be at your risk once we have dispatched your order. All orders over $400 must be signed for upon delivery.

    If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, a calling card will be left to let you know where to collect your parcel, typically the local post office.

    We ship our range of products to all corners of Australia using Australia Post and Toll IPEC Road Freight.  You’ll be provided with a tracking number for your order so you can see the progress of your delivery.

    Most products can be shipped to street addresses and PO Boxes with the exception of some heavy and/or large items from the fitness equipment category.
