After every run, you get a Running Index score based on the relationship between heart rate and speed. A single number to see your progress and compare to gender and age related aerobic fitness norms.

Because Running Index gives you an estimate of your maximal aerobic performance, it is a good predictor of your finish time for popular race distances, from 5k to marathon.

    Signature on Delivery

    To ensure safe delivery of your order, you will be required to sign for your parcel. We suggest providing a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your parcel during business hours such as a business address if you are not going to be home. 

    If the value of your parcel is less than $400 you may nominate for the parcel to be left in a safe location at your address, however, delivery will be at your risk once we have dispatched your order. All orders over $400 must be signed for upon delivery.

    If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, a calling card will be left to let you know where to collect your parcel, typically the local post office.
