Signature on Delivery

To ensure safe delivery of your order, you will be required to sign for your parcel. We suggest providing a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your parcel during business hours such as a business address if you are not going to be home. 

If the value of your parcel is less than $400 you may nominate for the parcel to be left in a safe location at your address, however, delivery will be at your risk once we have dispatched your order. All orders over $400 must be signed for upon delivery.

If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, a calling card will be left to let you know where to collect your parcel, typically the local post office.

Delivery Area

We ship our range of products to all corners of Australia using Australia Post and Toll IPEC Road Freight.  You’ll be provided with a tracking number for your order so you can see the progress of your delivery.

Most products can be shipped to street addresses and PO Boxes with the exception of some heavy and/or large items from the fitness equipment category.

Please note, we do not ship outside of Australia.

Please Note: Due to Covid-19 restrictions we are experiencing delays in distribution and postal networks. Normal delivery times are being extended, even with Express Post.

Once your order has been shipped, typically within 48 hours, your order will be delivered with these approximate time frames:

Australia Post - Express Post Next Day Delivery Network (from Melbourne)

The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. If your item is for an address outside this network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by the Next Day Guarantee.
