Ultimate Performance Kinesiology Tape 5m
Kinesiology taping is designed to improve the body’s natural healing process by helping to increase blood flow around the muscle. It is non-restrictive, allowing for a full range of motion, with the wave pattern adhesive backing moving with the skin and muscles.
UP's Kinesiology tape offers consistent stretch with a great elastic memory. It keeps its length when removed from the backing paper and keeps its tension the whole time it is on. Superb adhesive (5N/cm) and stays on for up to 7 days. Water-resistant, including shower immersions.
UP use hypoallergenic glue to reduce irritation on the skin during wear.
The tape can be applied at home or by a Physio. It's a continuous roll so you can cut to the desired length.
Each roll measures: 50mm x 5m.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- The tape must not be used over untreated wounds. Complex applications should be performed by a specialist.
- Clean the parts of the body that need taping, cut tape as required and press the adhesive surface gently onto the skin.
- Apply the tape in the direction that feels most comfortable.
- Take care when using the tape in case of sensitive skin. Remove the tape immediately in the event of an allergic reaction.
- Each piece of tape should be used once only. Remove the tape carefully after use.

Signature on Delivery
To ensure safe delivery of your order, you will be required to sign for your parcel. We suggest providing a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your parcel during business hours such as a business address if you are not going to be home.
If the value of your parcel is less than $400 you may nominate for the parcel to be left in a safe location at your address, however, delivery will be at your risk once we have dispatched your order. All orders over $400 must be signed for upon delivery.
If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, a calling card will be left to let you know where to collect your parcel, typically the local post office.
Delivery Area
We ship our range of products to all corners of Australia using Australia Post and Toll IPEC Road Freight. You’ll be provided with a tracking number for your order so you can see the progress of your delivery.
Most products can be shipped to street addresses and PO Boxes with the exception of some heavy and/or large items from the fitness equipment category.
Please note, we do not ship outside of Australia.
